About me:

I’m an investor and entrepreneur based in San Francisco.

I founded Convective, an investment firm making the world more resilient to disasters.

I’m also the founder of Red Sky Summit and chair of AFI, an organization that advocates for better wildfire policy.

Along with Kat Mañalac, I host Disasterproof, a show about people making the world more resilient to disasters.

Things I’ve done:

• Founder & CEO of WePay, a fintech company acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2017.
• Angel investor in 60+ companies including Mercury and Deel.
• Part-time partner at Y Combinator (2016-2019).
• Logged 700+ hours as PIC in a Cirrus and Citabria.
• Volunteered with the AVFD and the American Red Cross.
