Josh Kopelman is a sharp guy that I have a lot of respect for - he gave us some fantastic feedback about WePay. This is a blog post he wrote a while ago, but it is one of my all-time favorite links. He talks about risk tolerance and how startups can use it as a competitive advantage in a very Sun Tzu-like way.
Social media frustration
